Achievements
Pushing myself is what I do best! Maybe sometimes a little too hard... but I have some shiny achievement to show for it and for the grandkids to see when I'm a crumbly lady! Displayed are some of my proudest moments (so far).
Grades
During Secondary school, I received 8 GCSE results at A-B and one Level 2 Btec qualification at D*
In College I received my Level 3 BTEC extended Diploma at D*D*D* in Game Art
I'm currently a student at Notting Trent university pursuing a BsC in Games design and intend to get a first! (Go hard or go home)
Selling Art
My first time selling my art in person! In September 2018 I took to Derby to sell Badges, stickers, necklaces and prints at my first convention. It was a blast and all the work was worth it.
Awards
In June 2018 I received two awards at Confetti's Celebrate event:
Best Aesthetics in 3D Animation
Best Combined Techniques in 3D Animation
My work was also selected to be displayed in the End of Year handbook
Extra Qualifications
In August 2018 I completed a Level 3 course in Emergency First Aid at Work. This covers Burns, scalds, Bone Breakage, Wounds, COSHH and resuscitation. As I currently work in retail it's a must. I'd like everyone to feel safe and secure at work and would appreciate the same so it's a given to spare a day every 3 years refreshing essential knowledge, if not more.
Displayed work
I'n the past my work has been displayed at the National Videogames Museum. Simple but sweet!
